Title: :2023-2026 General Research Support Services Agreement
Purpose of the contract: recruitment of a R&D&I support technician for the creation of technology-based companies and knowledge transfer. Tasks to be carried out: To collaborate in the management of the tasks and actions of the aforementioned agreement, which will consist of:
Support and advice in the creation, monitoring and consolidation of technology-based companies based on research results; Training for research staff on the creation of technology-based companies, analysis of the corresponding business projects and tutoring of business plans; Monitoring of the companies participated in and created on the basis of research results. Support in the search for partners and potential investors
Management of the business incubator. Analysis and selection of proposals and monitoring of supported projects
Evaluation and valorisation of research results
Collaboration in the management of contracts and licences managed at the UDC
Collaboration in knowledge transfer tasks carried out at the UDC Duration of the contract
The duration for these tasks is estimated to be indefinite (until the end of the funding agreement) on a full-time basis

Selection process

Applicants must submit an application clearly detailing the merits in different sections following the same scheme and the concepts indicated in the following evaluation table.
CVs submitted in a format other than the one specified here will not be assessed by the evaluation committee.
The application must specify the merits for each evaluation criterion, the tasks carried out in each job and the duration of the job. The merits listed in the evaluation criteria refer to activities carried out on a full-time basis. Otherwise, the percentage of time dedicated to the tasks associated with the assessment criterion must be accredited.
Merits that are not detailed in each of the evaluation criteria will not be considered.
A digital copy of the supporting documentation for all the merits claimed must be submitted with the application. Those merits not justified in the initial application will not be considered.
The interview will assess the candidate's skills, aptitudes and profile as well as his/her knowledge of the specific tasks to be performed in the job. Part of the interview will be conducted in English.
The selected candidate must submit, within a maximum period of 5 days from the date of the decision, the documentation accrediting all the merits claimed. The lack of accreditation or incomplete accreditation of merits and requirements will result in the definitive exclusion of the applicant, whose position will be filled by the corresponding candidate on the reserve list.
