Offer Description

Fundacion Profesor Novoa Santos needs to incorporate a Research Assistant for supporting the development of a project within the Genetics Research Group.

Project: Technique for the evaluation of the integrity of Human Mitochondrial DNA: Optimization and protocolization for its translation to the clinic.

Skills/Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent degree with more than 300 ECTS in Health Sciences (Spanish educational level MECES3)

Specific Requirements

The following requirements will be considered an advantage:

• Training in Biology.
• Experience in genetics research laboratories
• Experience in cytogenetic techniques and molecular techniques, especially digital and quantitative PCR
• Experience in the study of DNA fragmentation
• Scientific publications and patents
• Capacity for teamwork.

Full-time contract for developing scientific and technological activities (i.e., contrato para actividades científico-técnicas)

Mandatory documents to be uploaded are:
