Grant/funding reference:  ED431B 2023/58   

Job Title:  Aid for the consolidation and structuring of competitive and other research units promotion actions in SUG universities, in public research organisations of Galicia and in other R&D&I entities by 2023.

Modality B: groups with growth potential (GPC)   

Research line / Scientific-technical services:   ENDOPRO

A) Collaboration and support in the following tasks:

1. Support in the isolation and characterization of mesenchymal stem cells.

2. Support for RNA isolation.

3. Helps in the isolation of extracellular vesicles.

4. Assistance in testing the viability and cell proliferation of cell lines and primary cultures.

5. Support for cell differentiation.

6. Support for the development of an in vivo model of chronic inflammation.

C) Contract Time:

The contracting framework is included in a period until the end of the Xunta's aid, which runs until on 10/31/2025

B) Contract requirements:

Assistance and Support in carrying out all the tasks described, so the candidate must have experience in support of the following techniques:

1. Cell biology techniques.

2. Molecular biology techniques.

3. Transmission Electron Microscopy Techniques.

4. Histochemical and immunohistochemical techniques.

D) Criteria and assessment of merits:

1. Baccalaureate, Higher Cycle or equivalent. Exclusive: Yes. Score: 0 points. Maximum: 0 points.

2. Supporting experience in the isolation and characterization of extracellular vesicles. Exclusive: No. Score: 10 points/year. Maximum: 25 points.

3. Experience in in vivo models of inflammaƟon. Exclusive: No. Score: 5 points/year. Maximum: 25 points.

4. Experience in assisting with cell biology, molecular biology and histochemistry techniques. Exclusive: No. Score: 1 point/year. Maximum: 9 points.

5. Complementary training: stays in research centers in Spain (outside Galicia) and in the foreign. Exclusive: No. Score: In Spain 1 point/year; abroad 2 points/year. Maximum: 10 points.

6. English. Exclusive: No (level B2 or higher is required). Score: B2 2 points, C1 4 points and C2 6 points. Maximum: 6 points.

7. Personal interview. Maximum 25 points.

In the event that none of the candidates obtain a minimum score of 45 points, the call may be declared void.
