Job title: Local deployment pilot to support a multimodal assistant

Research line / Scientific-technical services: Information and Communications Technologies

TASKS TO BE DEVELOPED AND PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT

The main tasks of the hired person are related to the following topics:

1. Programming of cyberphysical devices to recording and process human voice

2. Design and implementation of a distributed speech-to-text translation model

3. Support in the bidirectional interaction programming with SINVAD assistant

4. Support in the pilot developing and its validation in operational conditions

Eligibility criteria

Selection criteria (maximum score of 10 points);

- Only merits related to the profile of the position will be scored:

• Academic degree. The average mark of the required degree will be calculated in base 10 (RD 1125/2003 or equivalent) and multiplied by 0,25 (max. 2,5 points)

• Complete courses of a degree Engineering (max. 2 points) First complete course score 0,1; second complete course add 0,2; third complete course add 0,3; complete Q7 add 0,2 and complete Q7 add 0,2. Computer Science Degree will score double.

• TFG defended on a Computer Science Engineering degree (max. 1 point). The mark of TFG will be divided by 10.

• Experience programing cyberphysical devices, mobile robots or similar creditable through certification of company collaboration, research projects participation or TFG (0.1 points for each 25 hours, maximum 500 hours) (max. 2 points).

• Personal interview (max. 2,5 points), only in the event that there is a difference of less than 2,5 points between the candidates who obtained the maximum score. Applicants who do not obtain a minimum of 3.5 points(except personal interview) will be automatically discarded.

The position will be considered vacant if no applicant reaches the minimum score (3.5 points).

A waiting list of the best candidates will be created.
