‘R2 – Researcher in the field of electronics engineering’

Description: Power Systems group announces a position as Researcher (R2) to work on different technical research projects in the fields of electronics design and production for control and management of experimental energy storage systems. The tasks to be carried out will be focused to development and programming of electronic devices to operate the energy storage system and provide access to the cloud. Additionally, experimental activities and set ups within IREC’s lab facilities are expected.

Qualifications and experience required:

Essential :

• PhD on electronics engineering
• Experience in design electronic circuit boards
• Knowledge on the electronic component market
• Experience with PCB manufacturing and testing Preferred :
• Skills in programming languages
• Capacity to work with advanced microcontrollers Personal skills :
• Team Worker.
• Initiative and interest in Research and Innovation.
• Flexibility.
• Results-oriented.
• Analytical and synthesis capabilities.

Offer of job position:

We offer a R2.1 position for 24 months on the frame of Digibat national project.

Salaries will be paid in accordance with the IREC’s salary policy, depending on the candidate’s qualification and

professional experience.

 

The contract is part of the project CPP2022-010006, funded by MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033 and by the European Union-NextGenerationEU/PRTR
