The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) is seeking a postdoctoral researcher.

ICIQ is committed to performing excellent research at the frontier of knowledge in the broad area of chemistry (Catalysis, Artificial Photosynthesis, Activation of Small Molecules, Photovoltaics, Functional Molecular Assemblies and Chemical Biology, from either theoretical or experimental perspectives). ICIQ is looking for a postdoctoral researcher to work in Energy conversion to solar fuels on perovskites. The project starts on October 1st and involves simulations through computational modeling with Density Functional Theory and advaced computational techniques and machine learning concepts. The candidate needs to have an interest in atomic-scale modelling and to have performed studies and simulations applying density functional theory and electronic structure calculations by using periodic ab initio codes.
