MANAGERIAL SKILLS

• Project management skills

• Ability to plan and organize;

• Capacity for rigorous analysis of information and a high sense of criticism and responsibility.

• Writing and presenting reports

• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position.

• Experience in the participation of European financed projects.

• Excellent communications skills

• Be familiar with the international entrepreneurial ecosystem.

RESEARCH SKILLS

• Experience in conducting research and development works in the field of social sciences, in particular in Entrepreneurship and Innovation matters.

• Strong capability in qualitative and quantitative methodologies

• Experience gained in foreign research units or enterprises (as part of employment, internships, study visits, etc.)

• Experience in cooperation with domestic and foreign scientific and business partners.

• Experience in scientific communication (e.g Conferences, seminars, coloquims)

• Fluent in English (C1 or equivalent)

COMPUTING SKILLS

• Management of collaborative IT tools

• Strong capability in the use of Research software
