The pandemic has indisputably shown the importance of infectious diseases as a threat to humankind. Infections still pose a significant threat to humans, either as part of outbreaks, or through continuous transmission in those places where they are endemic. Beyond COVID-19, Malaria, Tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS or bacteria remain significant causes of morbidity and mortality, and need to be addressed comprehensively if we aim to diminish their public health and socioeconomic impact globally.

A possible way of empowering society against infectious diseases is through educaonal iniaves and a continuous involvement of cizens in collaborative research.

S4P platform aims to foster cizen education using digital gamification and AI as primary tools to generate and interpret individual and community data in a transformative manner, to enhance pandemic preparedness and generate change to decrease the toll and impact of infectious diseases in society.

The project manager, will have to develop the business plan for the S4P platform, attend regularly to the meetings of the consortium. The task could be done on-line and in flexible hours.
