Call for PI Principal Investigator/Senior Investigator/Group Leader.
The main research lines focus on studying the molecular alterations of aging and finding novel and safe compounds for managing aging and aging-related diseases, including cancer.
For these objectives, multidisciplinary approaches will be used, such as molecular and cell biology, structural biology, structure-function, medicinal chemistry, and animal models (mice and zebrafish), to investigate on natural products, including venom (bioactive) compounds to study aging and aging-related diseases cancer, specifically melanoma, and their potential as drug candidates
