Title of the Project: Evolution of motivations, attitudes, values and transversal competences of undergraduate students in UNIJES centres.

General Description of the Project: 

This research project is of a transversal nature and focuses on the description and analysis of the motivations, attitudes and values of undergraduate students in UNIJES university centres both at the initial selection and at the completion of their university studies.

Skills/Qualifications

PhD in psychology, educational sciences, sociology or other related field.-


Specific Requirements

 - Experience in data collection through secondary data sources, surveys and interviews.

- Proven skills in quantitative and qualitative data analysis and database management.

- Willingness to travel between sites for quantitative data collection and interviewing.

- Previous academic research related to academic skills and/or employability assessment, psychometrics, quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

- Ability to autonomously organise workload and adapt to circumstances and potentially time pressure is required, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and meeting deadlines.
