Postdoctoral Researcher ( Ref Postdoc 2021-05 EP)

The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) is seeking a Postdoctoral researcher to work in Palomares’ group. This position is funded by the EU project Light4lungs with reference 863102- Light4lungs.

ICIQ is looking for a Postdoctoral researcher with experience on the synthesis and characterization of nanometric and submicrometric semiconductor materials with optical and electrical properties. Moreover, experience on device preparation (solar cells and LEDs) and characterization is also required.

Responsibilities

• The researcher will be responsible for the development of the 2D/3D solution processed semiconductor nanomaterials for photovoltaic and light emitting devices, characterization of the optical properties and device fabrication and characterization. Moreover, she/he will be supervising Ph.D. researchers and Master students. The researcher will deliver internal reports and write manuscripts based on the experimental results. His/her participation in national and international proposals is also encouraged.
