Postdoctoral researcher in area of private and public economic law

Esade Law School –Ramon Llull University has opened the selection process for the coverage of 1 position to support research, as a Postdoctoral researcher in the area of private and public economic law

The successful candidate will work closely together with the Principal Investigators, Dr. Sergio Llebaría (https://www.esade.edu/profesorado/sergio.llebaria ) and will join a highly active research environment.

Project description:

Post-pandemic restructuring and innovation: legal proposals for business and market revitalization”. This transversal project of private and public economic law comprises a series of lines of research aimed at analyzing the impact of the pandemic on the market and its agents, with the aim of making legal proposals to adapt the treatment to the most critical scenarios, as well as improve the recovery process.

Functions:

The main tasks to be performed by the postdoctoral researcher are related to:

• Literature review
• Technical support in the preparation of reports, projects and research dissemination activities
• Support in reviewing research results

Profile requirements:

It is essential that the candidate holds a PhD in Law, and a thorough knowledge of the research field of private and public economic law.

At the moment of recruitment, the candidate must comply with the following requirements:

• • Be under 30 years of age
  • Be unemployed and registered as a job-seeker on the Catalan Job Service (SOC)*
  • Must not have carried out research activities at the Ramon Llull University (URL) in the previous six months.

We offer:

The full-time position is based at the Esade’s Pedralbes campus with an annual salary of €30.000 (gross) for a duration of 24 months. There will be no teaching duties.

The starting date for the position is negotiable but no later than 1st of December 2022.
