IrsiCaixa AIDS Research Institute located in Hospital Germans Trias I Pujol has an opening for a Postdoctoral Researcher in Bioinformatics.
This position requires a PhD with a background in Bioinformatics, preferably in Cancer omics analyses.
Under the direction of the principal investigator the applicant independently carries out daily activities of the laboratory, focusing on the bioinformatic analysis of genomic data from human tumors and mouse cancer cell lines.
Details: the candidate must have experience with HPC, data base management, coding in Python and R. Knowledge in SQL and Java is a plus.
