A postdoctoral position is offered for a researcher in mathematics with an excellent curriculum vitae having completed a PhD by the time the appointment begins. The candidate should have the necessary background and experience in one or more of the project topics: fluid mechanics, spectral theory, or computer-assisted proofs. The candidate’s duties will be:

1. Study of mathematical models arising in fluid mechanics or spectral geometry, blending theory and numerics.

2. Attendance to seminars and working groups that are related to the research line of the ERC project.

3. Help with the (co)-organization of the Analysis and PDE Seminar and related conferences.

Teaching is not mandatory, but it may be possible. Applications from females are particularly welcome.
