Offer Description

We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher who has experience in the analysis of genomic and epigenomic data and with advanced knowledge in bioinformatics. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with experience in the field of psychiatric genetics. 
The tasks to develop are the following:

 

-    Database management.
-    Genomic studies: Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS) and polygenic risk score (PRS) analyses.
-    Epigenomic studies: Epigenome-Wide Association Studies (EWAS).
-    Evolutionary genomic analyses.

Gross salary per year: 25.200€

Eligibility criteria

We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher who has experience in the analysis of genomic and epigenomic data and with advanced knowledge in bioinformatics. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with experience in the field of psychiatric genetics. 

Selection process

•    Adequacy of the CV (maximum 60)
•    Letter of motivation (maximum 20)
•    Experience in the field (maximum 20). >3 years (20 points), <3 years (10 points) Minimum score to pass the selection process = 80

Additional comments

Two years position

 

Priority will be given to people with disabilities (Law 89/2015 of June 2, reserve of quota 2% in favour of people with disabilities in companies of 50 or more people).
