Offer Description
We are searching for a motivated Postdoc Researcher to participate in the project “Development of the anti-epileptogenic drug ACT-03 for the treatment of epilepsy” which aims to study the preclinical development of a drug based on the selective inhibition of metalloproteinases to prevent and/or reduce epileptic seizures, thus contributing to slow the progression of epilepsy and its associated comorbidities in patients of all ages. The mechanism of transport throuph the blood-brain barrief of ACT-03 will be evaluated in detail by means of microdialysis studies in control mice and mice model of the disease, as well as efficacy studies in a preclinical model of TCE in order to expand the indications and applications of ACT-03.

Valid FELASA-accredited certificate to work with experimental animals.
Experience in working with experimental animals and microdialysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SPSS

20.049,96€ gross anual salary depending on the candidate's profile.
