Post-doctoral position in electrochemical systems including anodic valorization

Candidates must hold an internationally-recognized Ph.D.-equivalent degree (or evidence of its completion in the nearest future) [and/or proven expertise, e.g. patents and high quality publications] in areas such as:

- Chemical engineering

- Chemistry

- Physical chemistry

The prospective candidate should have proven experience with a good track of publications in some of the next:

- Catalyst design and characterization

- Membranes including cation-, anion-exchange, and bipolar

- Electrocatalysis and reactor engineering

- CO2 electroreduction, water splitting, with a focus on oxygen evolution reaction

- Anodic electrochemical reactions

- Fuel cells

- Wet-chemistry materials synthesis including metals, metals oxides, and other metal-based compounds

- Physical deposition methods such as thermal evaporation, sputtering and ALD

- Reaction modeling (e.g. multiscale simulations, COMSOL, etc)
