PhD researcher in Biology to work on the project "CAR-NK "off the shelf": new improvements and prospects for immunotherapy against relapsed or refractory haematological cancers. Phase I clinical trial to assess the feasibility and safety of allogeneic CD19-CAR-NK therapy for patients with CD19+ leukaemia or lymphoma relapsing to CART", Ref. ICI21/00095, of the Biobizkaia Health Research Institute.

  • Isolation, culture and expansion of NK cells.
  • Performance of in vivo CAR-NK assays.
  • Characterisation of lymphocyte populations by flow cytometry and immunofluorescence.
  • Lentivirus production.
  • Cloning and gene editing.
  • scRNAseq studies

Specific Requirements
  • PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Veterinary Science with 2 years experience in similar position.
  • Master in Virology.
  • Training in animal experimentation: Function B, C and D.
  • More than 2 years experience in isolation, culture and viral transduction of lymphocytes.

Eligibility criteria
  • Experience with cell lines (0-25).
  • Experience in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence techniques (0-25).
  • Experience in molecular biology techniques, gene editing, viral production and scRNAseq analysis (0-20).
  • Experience in in vivo assays (0-10).
  • Contributions to Conferences and Publications in the field of cancer and/or immunology (0-15).
  • Certificate of disability minimum 33% (0-5).
