OFFER DESCRIPTION

Foundation Profesor Novoa Santos needs to incorporate a Master´s Degree for the development of the research project “ Study to evaluate the influence of statin treatment, including type and dose, on the expression of the MyDd88 gene in patients with covid19 and prognostic implication" funded by the Galician Health Knowledge Agency –ACIS, Galician Health Service. Modality: TRASLACIONA COVID programme, within the Cardiology Group.

Eligibility criteria

-University Degree

-Academic qualifications

-Updated CV

-Copy of the identification card.

Note: Candidates of foreign nationality must have, at the time of submission, all the permits and authorisations required by current regulations to be able to develop a professional activity in the Spanish territory.

Selection process

Applications will be assessed in a merit-based system. Only candidates who have met the essential requirements will be considered.

The candidates who best meet the criteria for the vacancy following shortlisting will be invited to attend an interview.

Skills/Qualifications

-Good excellent written and verbal communication skills (Minimum level B1)

Specific Requirements

-University Master related to the areas of interest.

- Valuable professional experience in the health field and the area of cardiovascular disease research.

- Experience managing large clinical databases of patients

- Previous collaboration in projects, publications and presentation of communications in the field of Health Sciences.

- Knowledge of statistical packages.
