Job Title: Labour Relations Coordinator (Internal Promotion)

Department Description:

    Main Tasks and responsibilities:

    Cost allocation document management.

    Contract and expirations management.

    Advice to the internal manager about the best modality contract in each case.

    Coordination of the foreign issues with the external supplier.

    In coordination with the Head, stay in contact with the work council and maintain the relationship.

    Support to the Head in the creation of the HR polices following the labour regulations.

    Coordinating the negotiation and preparation of the Equality Plan

    Participating in the ICN2 procedure for the protection, detection, and treatment of harassment situations in collaboration with the Health and Safety department

    Be the reference person for the RGPD issues with the support of the external advisor.

    Support to the audits from several institutions and projects: preparation of documents.

    Being the spokesperson with our labour consultancy and our external labour lawyers.

            Answering the institute employees and managers on the labour questions.

    Supervising and writing formal letters for the employees.

    Requirements:

    Labour relations Degree, Law or similar.

    Spanish labour law and contract modalities.

    Foreign procedures

    Strong Knowledge of Science law and public sector.

    Fluent in English. Spanish and or Catalan.

    More than 5 years in similar position.

    Experience with work councils.

    Experience in research centres with this position.

    Summary of conditions:

    • Full time work (37,5h/week)
    • Contract Length: Permanent
    • Location: Bellaterra (Barcelona)
    • Salary will depend on qualifications and demonstrated experience.
    • Support to the relocation issues.
    • Life Insurance.
