Laboratory technician (FP2) to collaborate in the research project "AIMOFGIF", of the Research Group on "Functional Research in Celiac Disease" of the Biocruces Bizkaia Health Research Institute to work on the project with Ref: KK-2022/00032/BCB.

Skills/Qualifications
- In vitro cytotoxicity testing of porous metal-organic materials in cell cultures.
- Development of in vitro models for diseases of the digestive tract (colon cancer, inflammatory bowel disease).
- Extraction of nucleic acids and proteins from cell cultures.
- Routine maintenance of intestinal cell cultures (HCT116, Caco2, T84).
Specific Requirements
- FP2 degree in Clinical and Biomedical Laboratory.
- Experience in manipulation of cell cultures of intestinal lines
