Innovation Technician at IIS Biobizkaia, to join the Institute's innovation team to support the Institute's professionals in Biobizkaia's spaces and in the centres that make up the Institute.

Skills/Qualifications

This professional will join Biobizkaia, in an innovation team that promotes and supports innovation in the different health centres that make up the Institute in Bizkaia. We are a team in which we share the actions and experiences in the different hospitals and health centres, incorporating new technological and health advances. The tasks you would carry out would be:

• Advice and collaboration for the planning and development of innovation projects in biomedicine and health.
• Dynamisation of innovation among health researchers and innovators, coordinating the support of the Institute in the different health centres of the Institute, especially in specific innovation calls.
• Collaboration in the evaluation and management of innovation projects, monitoring and justification, in coordination with other areas of the Institute.
• Participate in tasks to promote innovative culture and identify good innovative practices and technological opportunities.
• Collaborate in the identification of opportunities for the protection of results and transfer, in collaboration with the legal and OTC areas.
• Support in the systematic management and registration of innovation and in the preparation of indicators and monitoring reports.
• Dissemination and promotion of innovation culture and results, through the generation of content, as well as dissemination and communication activities.
• Benchmarking and collaboration in the technological and methodological surveillance system of the innovation system.

Specific Requirements

• Hold a higher university degree OR similar with a degree > or equal to 300 ECTS at level 3 (Master's degree); Graduates with Master's degree (≥ 300 ECTS); Diploma with Master's degree level 3.
• At least 2 years of experience in innovation management.
• English level B2.

Benefits

• Contract: Permanent.
• Work day: Full-Time.
• Annual gross remuneration: 27.000 – 31.000 gross euros.
• Workplace: IIS Biobizkaia and different locations of the Institute in the healthcare centres of Bizkaia.
• Expected start date: Inmediately.

Eligibility criteria

We are interested in a creative person, with relational skills, who has been involved in innovation projects, preferably in healthcare centres, although we also consider experience in other sectors that provide important knowledge in the transfer and promotion of innovation.

• Experience in innovation management and/or technology transfer and/or dissemination of research results (0-30).
• Postgraduate training; preferably a master's degree in biotechnology, marketing and/or business management and administration or similar (0-10).
• Knowledge of industrial and intellectual property (0-15).
• Experience in project management (0-10).
• Training and experience in project management methodologies and creativity tools (0-5).
• Knowledge of the healthcare field (0-5).
• Communication, relational and self-management skills (To be assessed at interview) (0-15).
• English language and others (0-5).
• Certificate of disability, minimum 33% (0-5).
