Offer Description
To initiate the selection process for the recruitment of 1 IBSAL Management Graduate in accordance with the criteria, requirements and selection system established in the attached Annex.

Skills/Qualifications
Data Entry in CTMS-Fundanet Module (Clinical Trial Management System)
Management of contracts and addenda to contracts for clinical trials/observational studies with sponsors and CROs.
Maintenance, invoicing and economic follow-up of the studies included in the CTMS system, as well as their associated documentation (protocols, contracts, addenda, etc.).
Maintenance of data integrity and updating of CTMS
Maintenance of the necessary documentation within the EECC Management Area of the Technical Management Unit.
Management of reimbursement of expenses to patients.
Specific Requirements
1.Be a Spanish national, a national of a member country of the European Union or a foreigner with aresidence and work permit in Spain.
2. Be in possession a Bachelor Degree
The minimum requirements must be accredited with those certificates that are valid in law, including all thosethat demonstrate the aforementioned professional experience, in line with the functions to be performed andthe assessment criteria.
In the case of qualifications obtained abroad, their homologation must necessarily be accredited.
The conclusion of the contract is subject to the availability of the project's budget and to the successfulcandidate's compliance with the requirements of current employment legislation. In case of non-compliancewith the requirements, the next candidate will be contacted in order of score.

Benefits
- Type of contract:
Indefinite-term contract (art 23. Bis of Law 14/2011 LCTI).
Full time: 35 hours.
- Financial remuneration:
2,152.63 euros gross per month including the proportional part of two extraordinary payments.

Eligibility criteria
Curricular assessment of merits and skills (0-27 points)
a) Knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP accreditation 0-(1 point)
b) Experience as research team staff in clinical trials (datamanager, administrative support, coordinator, etc.) (0-5 points)
(c) Experience in clinical trial database management: Clinical Trial Management Systems (0-3 points)
d) Experience in management of CTMS-FUNDANET (0-2 points).
e) Experience in completing electronic Data Collection Forms (0-3 points).
f) Experience in the management of start-up documents (contracts, application documents, protocol application), follow-up (contract addenda, protocols, change application) and completion of clinical trials (closure visits), including support in the management of payments and invoicing of payments. (0-7 points)
g) Intermediate level written English (0-2 points).
(h) Experience as investigator staff in international commercial clinical trials would be an asset (0-2 points).
(i) Disability certificate (0-2 points)
Personal interview: (0-20 points).
Selection process
The selection process will be governed by the principles of publicity, equality, merit and capacity, and a selection body will be set up for this purpose, made up of representatives of the research group and of the Technical Management Unit of the IBSAL.
The selection process will consist of two phases:
1. Analysis and curricular assessment phase of all the applications received, classifying them on the basis of the best adaptation of the Curriculum Vitae to the established profile and compliance with the requirements.
2. Personal interview: the three candidates with the highest score in Phase 1 will be called, provided that the score in Phase 1 exceeds half plus one. The Selection Board may propose that the call for applications be declared void if no candidate is suitable for the post.

Once the process of receiving applications has been completed, the following actions will be published on the IBSAL website www.ibsal.es:
- Publication of the resolution on the admission of applications with the list of persons admitted and not admitted according to the minimum requirements and granting of a period of 5 calendar days for the presentation of allegations.
- Publication of the resolution with the detailed provisional ranking and granting of a period of 5 calendar days for the presentation of allegations.
- Publication of the final decision with the final ranking and the Act of awarding of the place within fifteen working days from the deadline for submitting applications.
*The publication will have the effect of notification, this publication will replace the individual notification to the interested parties and will have the same effects.
