Fabricación de células solares fotovoltaicas por epitaxia de haces moleculares (MBE): tecnología de crecimiento de materiales semiconductores, procesado, caracterización optoeléctrónica y documentación de los procedimientos desarrollados. 

Manufacturing of photovoltaic solar cells by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE): technology of semiconductor material growth, processing, optoelectronic characterization and documentation of the developed procedures.

Skills/Qualifications

Graduados en ingeniería de materiales, física o afines Habilidades y cualificaciones que se valorarán prioritariamente: conocimientos de fabricación de semiconductores, principalmente  por epitaxia de haces moleculares (MBE) u otras (MOCVD, sputtering...); conocimientos relativos a la fabricación de dispositivos semiconductores (fotolitografía, realización de contactos, ataques químicos...); conocimientos relativos a la caracterización estructural y optoelectrónica de materiales y dispositivos semiconductores; conocimientos de los sistemas de apoyo a los sistemas de fabricación de dispositivos semiconductores (manejo en sala blanca, conocimientos de sistemas de vacío, refrigeración por circuitos de agua y criogenia...).  Habilidades y cualificaciones recomendadas:  electrónica, energías renovables, energía solar fotovoltaica, herramientas informáticas y de programación, idiomas.

Graduates in materials engineering, physics or equivalent. Skills and qualifications that will be given priority: knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, mainly by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) or others (MOCVD, sputtering, etc.); knowledge of semiconductor device manufacturing (photolithography, contact formation, chemical etching, etc.); knowledge of structural and optoelectronic characterization of semiconductor materials and devices; knowledge of support systems for semiconductor device manufacturing systems (clean room handling, knowledge of vacuum systems, water circuit cooling, and cryogenics, etc.). Recommended skills and qualifications: electronics, renewable energies, photovoltaic solar energy, computer tools and programming, languages.
