Desarrollo experimental de un prototipo quemador de premezcla hidrógeno•aire. Estudios de materiales de inyección, estrategias de mezclado y control de vibraciones e inestabilidades termoacústicas.

Design and construction of experimental prototype of a premixed hydrogen burner. lnjection materials, mixing strategies, and vibration and thermoacoustic instabilities control tasks wilt be addressed.

• Conocimientos avanzados en mecánica, vibraciones, acústica y transferencia de calor.
• Conocimientos de manufactura aditiva e impresión en 3D
• Autonomía de resolución de problemas físico-matemáticos
• Capacidad de comunicación de resultados y trabajo en equipo.

Adscripción al departamento de Mecánica de Fluidos y Propulsión Aeroespacial, ETSIAE.

Posibilidad de realización de estancias internacionales y asistencia/participación en congresos y conferencias científicas para la exposición de resultados.

The candidate will join the Fluid Mechanics and Aerospace Propulsion department at ETSIAE. Opportunities of international research stays and participation on scientific conferences for the communication of results will be provided.

Selection process

Durante el proceso se aplicarán las pautas establecidas en el nuevo Reglamento para procesos de selección y contratación de personal investigador, técnico y gestor aprobado en la UPM.

Additional comments

Se espera que la persona seleccionada se involucre activamente en las tareas de investigación del equipo y facilite la interacción multidisciplinar con los estudiantes en formación.

El trabajo se desarrollará en formato presencial.

El sueldo anual será negociado en el rango indicado arriba según experiencia y cv del candidato/a.

The successful candidate is expected to engage in the research activities of the group and collaborate with multidisciplinary interactions and education of PhD students.

Candidates are expected to engage in full-time face-to-face research and study.

The salary will be adjusted in the range specified above depending on the merits and cv of the candidate.
