THE BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF MÁLAGA NEEDS TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL WITH THE FOLLOWING PROFILE: ASSISTANT ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT AND BILLING TECHNICIAN.

Contract manager  :  Lidia Mejías Macias.

Venue:   Department of Economic and Billing Management of IBIMA-Bionand Platform.

Functions to develop:

• Management, control and justification of aid for financing by different public and private institutions at the European, national and regional level: scientific and economic monitoring of the projects.
• Monitoring and validation of orders placed in accordance with the requirements of the LCSP.
• Guarantee the availability of economic monitoring information that allows an adequate level of budget execution and management information necessary for decision making.
• Preparation of reports associated with project monitoring.
• Support to the billing department.
• Relationship and preparation of information for the different organizations with which the entity is related.
• Management, control and accounting of expenses, income and returns of structural projects.
• Development of internal control activities and audits of the entity, as well as provision of information and attention to external audits.
• Economic closing tasks related to their functions.
• Claiming invoices, reconciling transaction volume and other relationships with suppliers.
• Other tasks to support economic management.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum qualification required: Higher FP in Administration and Management or similar.
• Advanced Office Automation (Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint).

Valuable Requirements :

• Accounting experience: 1 point if the experience is less than two years, 2 points if experience is greater than or equal to two years.
• Billing experience: 1 point if the experience is less than two years, 2 points if experience is greater than or equal to two years.
• Experience in project management and justification: 0.5 point if experience is less than two years, 1 point if experience greater than or equal to two years.
• Experience in research management: 0.5 point if the experience is less than two years, 1 point if experience is greater than or equal to two years.
• Management and management of the Fundanet program: 1 point.

The aforementioned requirements must be accredited by means of a certificate from a competent body or responsible declaration, except in Fundanet and office automation, where a practical test will be carried out for verification.

Contract details :

• Contract modality: Indefinite contract
• Category: Auxiliary technician.
• Location: IBIMA-Bionand Platform.
• Gross annual remuneration: 22,859.11 euros.
• Time: Full time (35 hours per week).

Selection process :

• Based on the points obtained in the merit assessment, at least the six best candidates will be selected to carry out a personal interview. Communication skills and aptitude for work will be assessed with a maximum of 3 points. Only those candidates who obtain at least 50% of the evaluable merit points will be eligible for the interview phase.
• After the resolution of the position and in the event that the selected candidate resigns from the contract, the hiring table may decide to decide in favor of the next candidate according to the list of scores.
