THE BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF MÁLAGA NEEDS TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL WITH THE FOLLOWING PROFILE: DATA MANAGER

Principal researcher: José Luis García Cano

Venue:  Health Emergency Center 061

Research line/Project: Public Procurement Assessment in the Healthcare Sector (ProCure)

Functions to develop:

• Planning of tasks, processes and project execution activities by the Health Emergency Center 061/SAS.
• Support and monitoring in compliance with the obligations of the Andalusian Health Service in the project.
• Support in the management of SAS CPI files and procedures.
• Coordination with the different interested parties of the management of SAS data and documentation generated in the scope of the project.
• Support to the technical committee of the project in the fulfillment of tasks.
• Support in the evaluation of results, preparation of monitoring reports, good practice sheets, statistics and results reports aimed at project stakeholders.
• Support in the preparation of the necessary documentation to carry out the external audits to be presented to the financing organizations, as well as on-site verifications of an economic nature.
• Support in all events organization actions and promotion of project results.
• Any others that could be entrusted to him within the scope of his competence and of support and support to the person responsible for the project in the SAS.

Minimum requirements :

• Degree in nursing.

Valuable Requirements :

• Demonstrable experience in the main functions of the position, especially in public procurement and/or management of R&D&I projects funded by competitive European Union/International programs. (1 point per year of experience, up to a maximum of 2 points)
• English: Minimum level B2 or equivalent according to the Common European Framework of Reference (MERC). This level will be evidenced by the presentation of the corresponding degree or with the accreditation of a stay abroad. Part of the interview will be conducted in English. (1 point per degree B2 or higher, or stay completed, up to a maximum of 1 point)
• The organization and operation of the Administrative Contracting Service in the Public Health System. (0.25 points per year of experience, up to a maximum of 1 point)
• Specialization and training courses related to Innovation. (0.02 points per hour of training, up to a maximum of 1 point)
• Work experience or collaborative experience with Public Administrations and/or health Research management entities, in activities related to the main functions of the position. (0.25 points per year of experience, up to a maximum of 1 point)
• Demonstrable knowledge of the structure, operation and regulations of the Public System in general, the SSPA and the Spanish Science-Technology-Business System. (0.25 points per year of experience, up to a maximum of 0.5 points)
• Demonstrable advanced level in advanced office automation (spreadsheets, databases), economic analysis and skill in managing electronic resources (Internet, email). (0.05 points per hour of training or month of work experience, up to a maximum of 0.5 points)

The aforementioned requirements must be accredited by means of a certificate from a competent body or a responsible declaration.

Contract details :

• Contracting modality: Contract for scientific-technical activities. (art. 23 bis of the Science and Technology Law Law 14/2011)

• Gross annual remuneration: 25,967.58 euros.
• Time: Full time (35 hours per week).
• Estimated duration: 12 months, The contract is linked to the duration of the project / activity / financing.

Selection process :
