THE BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF MÁLAGA NEEDS TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL WITH THE FOLLOWING PROFILE: DATA ENTRY

TO COLLABORATE IN THE LINE OF RESEARCH: Clinical-translational research in breast, prostate, gynecological, digestive and germ cell cancers.

Venue: IBIMA, VIRGEN DE LA VICTORIA UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS. PHASE I

Functions to be developed :

• Collection and entry of data in the different patient records and CRFs of Clinical Trials
• Prepare monitoring visits and attend to the monitor during monitoring visits and when needed.
• Know the Protocols of the different Clinical Trials carried out in the Medical Oncology Service, know the testing schedule of each trial and the procedures required by each of them.
• Ensure compliance with the Protocol, the Standards of Good Clinical Practice and current legislation.
• Resolve discrepancies (queries).
• Comply with database outages.
•  Report Serious Adverse Events to the Promoter in time (24 hours).
• Attend Investigator Meetings.
• Manage the testing schedule of the assigned protocols, especially pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, genomics, radiological and control when each patient is scheduled to schedule extractions.
• Database Update on the number of Trials carried out in the Medical Oncology Service and their respective patients.
• Support in writing SOPs.

Minimum Requirements :

Qualification: Administrative or health branch.

Valuable Requirements :

• Previous experience as Data Entry (0.5 points per year worked, maximum 2 points).
• Previous experience in Oncology (0.5 points per year worked maximum 1 point).
• Administrative, methodological and computer knowledge (1 point - 0.5 points per course).
• Possession of updated GCPS and IATA certificates (1 point-0.5 points per course).

• Experience in managing specific clinical trial platforms (Inform, Rave, Clinphone, IXRS...) (2 points - 0.5 per year of experience)

The aforementioned requirements must be accredited by means of a certificate from a competent body or a responsible declaration.

Contract details :

• Contracting modality: Contract for scientific-technical activities (art. 23 bis of the Science and Technology Law Law 14/2011).
• Location: Virgen de la Victoria University Hospital. Phase I
• Gross annual remuneration: 24,000 euros
• Time: full (35 hours)
• Estimated duration: 12 months extendable – The contract is linked to the duration of the project / activity / financing.

Selection process :

-Based on the points obtained in the merit assessment, at least the three best candidates will be selected to carry out a personal interview in which communication skills, aptitude for work and skills will be assessed, with a maximum of 3 points. Only those candidates who obtain at least 50% of the evaluable merit points will be eligible for the interview phase.

-After the resolution of the position and in the event that the selected candidate renounces the contract, the hiring table may decide to decide in favor of the next candidate according to the published list of scores.
