Place/unit of assignment:

The candidate will join the Research Support Unit of the Parc Taulí Research and Innovation Institute (I3PT), in matrix dependency of the interoperability area of ​​the Digital Organization Directorate of the Parc Health Corporation Consortium board

The selected person will be linked to the "e-Mental Health and Epidemiology - A3G5" research groups. The position is funded by the TED2021 call of the State Research Agency within the projects:

• The digital transformation in the prevention and treatment of the risk of suicide in adult patients through the use of AI algorithms, trained using clinical evidence (IDICIUS ).

We work to implement a work model based on the quality of the services offered, firmly betting on the integration of technology in the work dynamics of the organization.

Functions to develop:

• Develop processes and routines to extract, transform and load data from multiple sources and move them between different environments.
• Ensure that the volume of data collected from different sources becomes accessible to other data science professionals.
• Perform data cleaning processes.
• Integrate and harmonize databases from multiple sources.

Requirements:

• Degree/University Degree (preferably in data science, engineering or computer science)

• Experience in ETL processes (extract, transform, and load).
• Experience in data cleaning.
• Experience in python and R programming.
• Experience with SQL/No-SQL.
• Training and experience in systems interoperability.

• Experience in the healthcare sector.
• Programming experience, preferably ObjectScript, Java or Python.
• API Rest and Web Service knowledge.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR.
• Knowledge of clinical ontologies: SNOMED, ​​ICD, LOINC, etc.
• Knowledge of NLP and/or Machine Learning.
• Ability to analyze the environment and initiative to generate proposals.
• Ability to work in a team, commitment and proactivity.
• Catalan, Spanish and English, read, spoken and written.

 

We offer:

The appointed candidate will be linked to work, through a temporary contract, in the form of "work or service", since the object of the same will be the project TED2021-131979B-C31", financed by MCIN/AEI/10.13039/ 501100011033 and by the European Union "NextGenerationEU"/PRTR” The completion of the aforementioned project will lead to the termination of the employment relationship, the candidate will be the beneficiary of the compensation legally established in TRLET.

The working conditions in which the entire project will be developed will be those established in the Collective Labor Agreement applicable in the Center, with full-time work.

 

Selection process:
