First.- Start the selection process for the recruitment of 1 Computer Engineer, in accordance with the criteria, requirements, and selection system that is set in the document hereto annexed.

Skills/Qualifications
The task of providing support in the collection of new data, coming from the HARMONY-ALLIANCE Foundation- IBSAL diseases that are being shared with the HARMONY-ALLIANCE Foundation- IBSAL Big Data Platform, as well as the needs to have a local team involved in the validation of the data, and in the analysis tasks requires the recruitment of an IT professional.
Specific Requirements
1. To have the Spanish nationality, a member country of the European Union or being an alien with residence and work
2. To have a Bachelor in computer engineering, computer science, software engineering, programming or similar.
The minimum requirements must be accredited with those certificates that are valid in law, including all those that demonstrate the afore mentioned professional experience, in line with the functions to be performed and the assessment criteria.
In the case of qualifications obtained abroad, their homologation must necessarily be accredited.
The conclusion of the contract is subject to the availability of the project's budget and to the successful candidate's compliance with the requirements of current employment legislation. In case of non-compliance with the requirements, the next candidate will be contacted in order of score.

Indefinite-term contract. (Art 23. Bis de la ley 14/2011 LCTI).
Half-Time
• Economic compensation:
2.513,40€ euros gross a month, including the proportional part of the two extra payments.

Eligibility criteria
Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the following minimum requirements:
Candidate must demonstrate:
proven experience of at least 10 years as a computer engineer.
proven experience in managing Big networks and data analysis.
Knowledge and participation in international project, collaborative research and international consortia will be considered a plus.
Personal initiative, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to train and integrate teamwork will be valued.
1. Curricular assessment of merits and skills (0-22 points)
a) For accredited experience in handling computer systems and/or Big Data (1 point per accredited year up to a maximum of 10).
b) For accredited participation as a researcher in European research projects (maximum 5 points).
c) For master's degree and other postgraduate training activities (maximum 3 points).
d) Other research merits (up to a maximum of 2 points).
e) Degree of disability (2 points).
2. Personal interview (0-20 points)
Those three candidates who meet the requirements and obtain the best scoring based on academic merit and technical qualifications will be invited to a personal interview.
Knowledge in computer science, programming languages, ability to integrate in multidisciplinary research teams, availability to travel and personal achievements will be valued (up to a maximum of 20 points).
Selection process
The selection process is governed by the principles of publicity, equality, merit, and ability, constituting the effect one selecting body composed of representatives of the group of research and of the Technical Unit of management of IBSAL.
The selection process will consist of two phases:
1. Analysis phase and curricular value of all nominations received, classified on the basis of better adaptation of the Curriculum Vitae to the profile established and compliance with the requirements.
2. Personal interview: the three candidates with the highest marks in Phase 1 will be invited to apply, provided that their marks in Phase 1 exceed one half plus one. The Selection Board may propose that the call for applications be declared void if no candidate is suitable for the post.

Publication of the resolution on the admission of applications with the list of persons admitted and not admitted according to minimum requirements and granting of a period of 5 calendar days for the presentation of allegations.
Publication of the resolution with the detailed provisional ranking and granting of a period of 5 calendar days for the presentation of allegations.
Publication of the final resolution with the final ranking and the Act of awarding of the place within fifteen working days from the deadline for submission of applications.
*The publication will have the effect of notification, this publication will replace the individual notification to the interested parties and will have the same effects.
