Skills/Qualifications

We are looking for a support person for the department of scientific management and communication who will carry out tasks in this department and in the UCC+ i of the IBSAL:
- Support for the implementation of the IBSAL research portal.
- Management of campaigns and dissemination activities and initiatives through the different communication channels.
- Administrative and analytical tasks specific to the department, compliance with KPIS.
- Institutional relations of the department.
- Dynamisation and management of communities in accordance with the communication strategy.

 

Specific Requirements

1.Be a Spanish national, a national of a member country of the European Union or a foreigner with a residence and work permit in Spain.
2. Hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or Information and Documentation or Communication/similar.
The minimum requirements must be accredited with those certificates that are valid in law, including all those that demonstrate the aforementioned professional experience, in line with the functions to be carried out and the assessment criteria.
In the case of qualifications obtained abroad, their homologation must necessarily be accredited.
The conclusion of the contract is subject to the availability of the project's budget and to the successful candidate's compliance with the requirements of current employment legislation. In case of non-compliance with the requirements, the next candidate will be contacted in order of score.

Benefits

Type of contract:
Indefinite-term contract (art 23. Bis of law 14/2011 LCTI).
Full time: 35 hours.
- Financial remuneration:
1,684.27 euros gross per month including the proportional part of two extraordinary payments.
- Research project:
Technical Management Unit.
- Work centre:
University Hospital of Salamanca. Virgen de la Vega Building.

Eligibility criteria

Curriculum assessment of merits and skills (0-27 points):
(a) CV/Training (0-15 points):
Postgraduate or Master's degree in science communication or similar.
Knowledge of citizen science or open science.
Knowledge of scientific dissemination and innovation.
Knowledge of digital tools for content creation and/or graphic design.
Knowledge of bibliometrics.
Languages: English is an asset.
b) Professional experience (0-10 points):
Experience in scientific management.
Previous experience in health institutions is valuable.
Experience in scientific dissemination activities.
Experience in the creation of scientific dissemination content.
(c) Disability certificate (0-2 points):
Personal interview: (0-20 points). Proactivity, teamwork, organisational skills and conciliatory nature will be valued. We are looking for a resolute, orderly person, with a capacity for learning and attention to detail, positive, enthusiastic and eager to learn, who will join a multidisciplinary team. Self-initiative will be an asset.

The selection process will consist of three phases:
1. Analysis phase and curricular value of all nominationsreceived,classifiedonthebasisofbetteradaptationoftheCurriculum Vitae to the profile establishedandcompliancewiththerequirements.
2. Personal interview: the three candidates with the highest scores in thePhase1and2willbeselectedforapersonalinterview
