JOB DESCRIPTION
The Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP) is opening a call to recruit a Project Manager in Transformative Innovation and Community Health to support the implementation of the MOSAIC project – Models in Community Health and Collaborative Innovation, framed within the FEDER 2021–2027 Knowledge Regions CRIDA. This project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund of the European Union within the framework of the FEDER Programme of Catalonia 2021–2027.
The Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP) is a public biomedical research centre dedicated to generating knowledge and transferring it to improve people's health and quality of life.
The MOSAIC project develops transformative research and innovation actions focused on the community health, ageing and planetary health challenges of RIS3CAT 2030, as well as the creation of a LIST unit (Social and Transformative Innovation Laboratory) that will act as a coordination, innovation, participation and knowledge-transfer structure.
The selected person will be part of the project's coordination structure and will play a key role in the implementation, monitoring, territorial coordination and generation of impact of MOSAIC activities, working closely with researchers, public administrations, healthcare centres, social organisations and citizens.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project coordination and management.
- Coordinate the overall implementation of the MOSAIC project and ensure compliance with objectives and deadlines.
- Prepare work plans, budgets, schedules and monitoring tools.
- Act as the point of contact with the funding agency.
- Organise meetings and facilitate participatory activities, workshops and meetings related to the project.
- Participate in project communication, knowledge-transfer and dissemination activities.
- Monitor the technical implementation of activities and prepare progress and justification reports.
- Contribute to identifying collaboration opportunities and the future sustainability of the project.

Skills/Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE
- University degree in Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Health, Environmental Sciences, Project Management, Innovation or related disciplines.
- High level of Catalan, Spanish and English.
- Experience in managing research, innovation or social-impact projects.
- Knowledge of health, research and innovation ecosystems.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination or management, knowledge of ERDF and RIS3CAT instruments, citizen participation processes and multi-stakeholder projects will be valued.
The candidate must demonstrate:
- Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and in complex contexts.
- Initiative, autonomy and results orientation.
- Analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under demanding deadlines.
