Offer Description
Ecological characterization of the hybrid zone of Nucella lapillus. Collection of samples of N. lapillus. Phenotypic characterization of N. lapillus. Collection of N. lapillus mating pairs in the field. DNA extractions. Bioinformatic analysis of genomes and transcriptomes. Analysis of genetic variation along the genome and functional annotation. Cytogenetic analysis and fluorescent in situ hybridization. |
