Offer Description
"Asistance in project management: drafting and revision of deliverables, creation of databases, technical interviews with farmers, organisation and realization of samplings, etc. Data analysis, writing and reviewing scientific articles. Physicochemical and microbiological analysis of soil samples: soil general characterization (texure, effective cationic exchangeable capacity, etc.), determination of C, N, S, heavy metals, nutrients, PLFA (Phospholipid fatty acid), bacterial and fungal growth (using 3H- and 14C-labelled substrates), soil basal respiration, substrate-induced respiration. Experience in ecotoxicological tests with soil fauna (avoidance and reproduction test of Eisenia fetida), aquatic organisms (algae growth test with Raphidocelis subcapitata), terrestrial plants (germination and growth assays with, e.g., Lactuca sativa)." |
