• Biochemical techniques, electrophoresis, western blot
• Immunofluorescence techniques, fluorescent microscopy, confocal
microscopy
• Handling of gametes and embryos
• Generation of 3D models for fertilization assays
• Oocyte microinjection
• Gamete binding assays

Specific Requirements

Qualification required for eligibility for the selection process (generic): PhD

Participation requirements:
Possess the training for the performance of function c) established in Order ECC/566/2015, of 20 March, for the handling of animals used, bred or supplied for experimental and other scientific purposes.
