Skills/Qualifications

Principal tasks and duties:
- To coordinate work packages and groups related to the Digital University in the
Alliance EUniWell.
- To provide specific support to the local EUniWell Project Manager and to the Vice-
Chancellors for Strategy and Digital University, and for Internationalisation,
including management of administrative tasks, programming of meetings and
ensuring fluent communication with stakeholders.
- To closely collaborate with the local EUniWell team to facilitate coordination of
the Alliance and Erasmus+ projects, ensuring effective collaboration and timely
updates on progress among the EUniWell Alliance partners.
- To assist the different University departments in the implementation of EUniWell
projects and activities in the campus, contributing to the achievement of the
projects' objectives and fostering a positive international experience for students
and staff.
- To help with the preparation of activities, events and workshops related to
EUniWell, using thorough planning and organisation skills.
- To watch out for potential funding sources at national and international level to
support new EUniWell initiatives, exploring funding opportunities, including
university-business collaboration.
- To play an active role in the drafting of proposals, closely collaborating with the
local team and the University partners to develop convincing proposals adapting
to EUniWell objectives and to the University's strategic priorities.
- To support the University, as well as the EUniWell Alliance, to promote the digital
university. This will include, for example, working in innovative projects related to
cloud solutions, collaboration solutions, data management and educational
technology.
- To support management aspects to develop, deploy, coordinate and constantly
support EUniWell digital services.
- To facilitate communication and cooperation with relevant stakeholders and
technical roles within the EUniWell Alliance.
- To supervise and inform on the progress of integrating the University of Murcia
within the EUniWell IT infrastructure.
- To support the digital change management process within the University of Murcia
regarding, for instance, the adoption of new technologies and services or
migration of data and courses.
