Skills/Qualifications
Main tasks and functions of the contract:
The main function is to investigate how pesticides modify innate immunity and detoxification in pollinating insects.
Tasks:
1. Organising and carrying out pollinating insect surveys
2. Transcriptomic analysis by RNA-sequencing
3. Gene expression analysis
4. Whole genome sequencing
5. Attendance at European project consortium meetings
