Previous experience in the development and application of analytical methodologies, mainly focused on environmental and food monitoring, will be an asset. Experience in the use of spectroscopic analytical techniques, as well as in the use of mobile information and communication technologies for analytical purposes will be an asset. Experience in the development of sensors based on cellulosic platforms, image processing using programmes such as ImageJ or Photoshop, as well as knowledge of experimental design strategies and multivariate optimisation and the use of statistical programmes for this purpose will also be valued. In addition, experience in the use of miniaturised sample preparation techniques and in the synthesis, characterisation and analytical application of nanomaterials will be an asset.
