YOUR ROLE

  • Spearhead multiple projects and innovations, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality
  • Take charge of our innovation pipeline for Smart devices in Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB), playing a pivotal role in the development and realization of groundbreaking ideas
  • Guide projects through every phase, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision
  • Manage relationships, communicate project progress, and present advancements to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization
  • Oversee the selection and management of external subcontractors, ensuring their contributions are in sync with project goals and timelines
  • Establish and monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and deadlines are met
  • Exhibit a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset, ready to tackle challenges head-on
  • Solution-focused attitude and active engagement in problem-solving will navigate the infinite challenges this role presents
  • Ability to adapt and confront new challenges is key to achieving outstanding results and pushing the boundaries of what's possible
YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree in Design, Mechanical Engineering or related field (e.g. Product designer with strong mechanical engineering capacities or Mechanical Engineer with a strong understanding of consumer and UX needs)
  • At least 5 years of experience on e2e development of devices or services
  • Agility project management skills
  • A passion for innovation and technology put consumer and users at the center
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, balancing multiple priorities without compromising quality or timelines
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen ability to identify and seize opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Resilience, flexibility, and the courage to explore uncharted territories and unconventional solutions
  • Fluent english skills
