Offer Description

The   new  Center  for  Development,  Demostration  and  Training for Carbon-free Technologies (unique

research  facilities)  and  the  excellently  rated  HyBReED  programme     (TRL 3-6 colaborative  research

programme) are announcing engaging research postions in decarbonisation and hydrogen technologies.

 

 

         Job Responsibilities:

           -  Independently work in pilot and analytical laboratories

           -  conduct and report on theoretical studies and experiments.

 

 

        Detailed description of work and tasks:

• independent research work in selected research area,
• management of assigned technical and project tasks,

-      analysis and integration of individual, more narrowly defined research problems in connection

      with research assignments or projects,

             -      professional collaboration with research contractors,

             -     support in introduction and development of analytical and characterization methods,

             -      writing scientific papers and presenting results at international conferences,

             -      preparing, presenting and submitting work reports to their superiors and, if necessary,

                external users,

             -      submitting proposals for purchasing and maintaining research equipment and procurement

                 of consumables,

• other tasks as instructed by the superior.

 

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in process engineering (design,

control, modelling), catalytic and electrochemical processes, bioprocess and

environmental engineering, and chemical and biotechnological processes in waste valorisation.

      

 

       The candidate's qualifications: Master Degree or equivalent in natural, technical or  biotechnical sciences.

 

       Offer: Temporary contract is offered until 30 June 2026 with a three-month probation period and the possibility to extend the contract

 

      Start date: second half of 2024 or by arrangement

 

      Work location: Kisovec and Ljubljana, Slovenia
