Offer Description

Tasks to be performed:

• borrowing, returning and renewing material,
• providing information about and from the material,
• care for the library collection,
• taking care of study spaces,
• advising users,
• participation in event activities and conducting workshops for users,
• systematic preparation for the contents of the advanced training in librarianship for the librarianship exam,
• performing other related work as instructed by a superior worker.

The employment relationship will be concluded for a period of one year, full-time 40 hours per week, with a trial period of three (3) months. The work will take place in the Loan and Information Department of the UP University Library, Trubarjeva 1, Koper, twice a week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and three times a week from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The position is classified in the starting 34th salary grade. It is possible to extend the employment relationship after one year has passed, but on the condition of the candidate's successful enrollment and study at the Professional Development in Librarianship for the librarianship exam (ŠPIK-B; enrollment at the expense of the University of Primorska University Library).
