The Department Group Accounting Solution is dedicated to operating and implementing accounting solutions within Erste Group. Our team primarily works with SAP as the operative accounting system and Tagetik for Group Consolidation. Our focus is on continually improving and optimizing our processes, which is why we're also establishing future-proof skill sets in AI and robotics.

What to do:

• Evaluate business processes and identify areas where automation can be implemented
• Implement automation solutions, including developing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) bots or chatbots
• Use machine learning models to replace manual processes and automate decision-making
• Integrate various systems to ensure seamless data exchange
• Ensure compliance and data security policies are adhered to when implementing automation technologies
• Create training materials and conduct training for stakeholders to ensure effective use of automation solutions

You check these boxes:

• Enrolled student with on-going program at university (Uni, FH)
• Fluent English, German is an advantage
• Understanding of machine learning and deep learning
• Experience in developing and implementing chatbots and virtual assistants - at lease general programming skills
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU)
• Passion for teamwork and problem solving
• Expertise in robotics, particularly in artificial intelligence, image processing, and motion control (advantage but not a must)
• Experience with data analysis (advantage but not a must)
