Offer Description
We are currently seeking Ph.D. candidates in the field of Macromolecular Chemistry, preferably with a strong background in Organic Chemistry. Prospective candidates should possess a Master's degree or its equivalent in the aforementioned fields. A prerequisite for the consideration of your application is a robust understanding of Polymer and Organic Chemistry, particularly in the modification of polysaccharides and their characterization. Previous experience in designing implantable biomaterials based on polymers would be highly valued.

Topic 1: Polymeric microspheres with enhanced stability and biocompatibility for encapsulation of pancreatic islets in diabetes treatment
Topic 2: Supramolecular polymeric hydrogels for 3D bioprinting and injectable therapeutics in cartilage tissue regeneration
