Offer Description
In order to evaluate the health status of our cities, early detection systems using samples obtained from wastewater and the aquatic environment are needed. The main purpose of this topic is the use of molecular detection methods for monitoring the pollution of waste water and sewage, focusing on multi-resistant bacteria. The effectiveness of the detection is mainly based on the extraction of nucleic acids - both DNA and RNA and the subsequent identification of microorganisms based on qPCR (Real-Time PCR) and new generation sequencing.
