Temporary Staff for AI Singapore (Products)

AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF) to anchor deep national capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI). 
 

The programme office is hosted by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and brings together all Singapore-based research institutions and the vibrant ecosystem of AI start-ups and companies developing AI products to perform use-inspired research, grow the knowledge, create the tools, and develop the talent to power Singapore's AI efforts.

We are looking for a temporary staff to assist AI Singapore Products Team with the following processes:

• To assist in the collection of alignment datasets
• To support the process of LLM fine tuning
• To aid in partnership meetings

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the data collection process
• Explore the use of prompting techniques to generate cultural alignment data using LLMs
• Train a SEA-LION model using the obtained data
• Evaluate the cultural alignment of the trained SEA-LION model against a non-aligned SEALION model and other LLMs.
• Documentation of all processes and findings.

• Basics in Python
• Knowledge of NLP and other related tasks
• Eager to learn about LLMs and the fine-tuning process
• Ability to write and communicate in English
