Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Curriculum) (1-year contract)

Curriculum Matters:
•    Oversee the end-to-end curriculum approval process for undergraduate programmes and modules.
•    Provide advisory to departments on curriculum policies, submission procedures, and good practices in proposal writing.
•    Contribute and share curriculum product knowledge with other Dean’s Office units to meet CDE’s strategic goals in education.

Special Projects:
•    Assess the impact of new academic policies and initiatives and cascade information to relevant stakeholders.
•    Plan and execute change management strategies to bridge gaps between policy and implementation.
•    Support other administrative duties and special projects of the CDE Office of Undergraduate Programmes, as required.

This is a temporary position on one-year contract.

•    At least a good bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
•    Prior experience in education and/or policy analysis is advantageous.
•    Highly organized and meticulous, with effective communication and negotiation skills.
•    Able to work with diverse stakeholders to meet timelines while maintaining positive relationships.
•    Resilient and resourceful, with an eye for improving processes and curiosity for innovation.
