Job Description
The job holder is required to provide administrative support in Graduate and Undergraduate Admissions as follows:
- Carry out administrative duties such as managing applications received, filing, copying, scanning etc.to ensure smooth execution and meet timelines.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication to enquirers via phone and email.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth execution of Admissions exercise.
- Maintain online marketing collaterals and perform stock checking of inventory.
- Support new student engagement efforts.
- Research data via Internet on institution rankings and LLB/LLM degree information.
Qualifications
- Diploma holder, with preferably 2 to 3 years of working experience.
- Meticulous in handling data and comfortable with statistics.
- Able to handle private and confidential information sensitively.
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of appropriate software such as Adobe Acrobat, Winzip and the use of Google Forms will be an added advantage.
