Specialist Associate

To ensure all carpark matters are optimally managed and carpark operators complies with all contractual service standards and requirements; and steward the operations relating Audio & Video support for senior management meetings / rooms at the university hall.

Duties & Responsibilities

•    Manage the car park operators to ensure that the smooth operations at both NUS Kent Ridge Campus and Bukit Timah campus.

•    Plan and conduct on-site inspections at all car parks and bus stops within the campus. Highlight and follow up on any rectification works.

•    Manage the EV charging operators to ensure that they comply with the regulatory standards and required service standards.

•    Support the installation and deployment of new EV charging infrastructure on campus. 

•    Prepare operations report and review the mobility data to ensure efficient and effectiveness of operations. 

•    Oversee a team of two to three staff who operate and maintain the Audio & Visual (AV) equipment at the University Hall. 

•    Manage the AV equipment at the University Hall to ensure smooth operation of the systems and cover the operations of AV equipment for high-level meetings or when necessary.

•    Work with NUS Centre for Instructional Technology to recommend AV system enhancements and plan/schedule replacement of AV equipment to ensure system reliability.

•    All other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.

• Diploma holder with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience of relevant working experience in car park operations or AV system is preferred.
• Knowledge and competencies in electric charging infrastructure and handling of AV equipment will be viewed as an advantage. 
• Have experience managing operators/vendors. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with good critical thinking.
• Possess the ability to multi-task and meeting timelines. 
• Able to work both independently and as a team.
