Specialist Associate - Education Technology - 0066B 



  • Handles coordination across all facets of video production including clarifying production requirements, brainstorming of ideas, scripting, storyboarding, planning, production, and post-production editing

  • Coordinates with various internal/external parties on the logistics of production, including arrangements for venue, actors, props, costume and etc.

  • Makes technical decisions regarding elements such as appropriate lighting, composition, shooting angle, placement and type of microphone

  • Edits and assembles final visual and audio materials, ensures consistency and relevancy to production

  • Ensures high technical and artistic quality of end product

  • Maintains and tests all equipment to determine technical quality of recording, audio, and lighting apparatus prior to filming, and keep abreast of latest equipment, software, and techniques



  • Diploma in Film Making/Video Production/Screen Media/Media Production/Visual Communications or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience in similar field

  • Technically well-versed with the full spectrum of the videography production including camera operation, lighting, and audio setup

  • Great flair for storytelling, good grasp of rhythm and pace, and an eye for aesthetics

  • Ability to produce work that demonstrates a high level of creativity, consistency, and attention to detail

  • Great communication skills is essential

  • Mastery of Adobe CC software (with emphasis on Premiere Pro for editing, familiarity with After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Animate will be an advantage)

  • Photography skills will be advantageous

  • Knowledge of medicine or biology is not necessary but a strong interest in healthcare and science will be advantageous
