Job Description

Yale-NUS College is a highly selective liberal arts and science college in Singapore. Co-founded by Yale University and the National University of Singapore, the College is committed to excellence in research and teaching within a full residential programme that integrates living and learning. Its curriculum educates students in Asian and Western intellectual traditions as well as current scientific thought.

 

The College is seeking to hire a Senior Research Fellow in Polymer Chemistry. Preferred fields of specialization are macromolecular synthesis and photochemistry.

 

Applicants should have a relevant PhD, at least 3 years of postdoctoral research experience, good publication record, as well as demonstrated ability to secure external funding.

 

The successful candidate is expected to begin duties in August 2023


Requirements

  • PhD in Polymer Chemistry from a regionally or internationally accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of postdoctoral research experience in polymer research
  • Skills in photochemical methods preferred
